Teeth are extracted due to decay, infection, crowding, or trauma.
With anesthesia, you shouldn’t feel pain during the procedure.
Recovery typically takes a few days to a week.
Risks include infection, dry socket, or nerve damage (rare).
Stick to soft foods and avoid chewing on the extraction site.
Sometimes stitches are needed, which we’ll remove later.
If you had sedation, arrange for someone to drive you.
Avoid brushing the extraction site for 24 hours, then gently brush.
